In your Amazon Seller Central account:

  1. Hover over the Settings tab on the top right of seller central, click User Permissions
  2. The User Permissions page appears
  3. Next to the user Seller's Arena PPC click Manage Permissions.
  4. Under the  Reports section select "View and Edit" for: Business Reports, Sales Summary
  5. Click Continue at the bottom of the page to save changes
