In your Amazon Seller Central account:

  1. Hover over the Settings tab on the top right of seller central, click User Permissions.
  2. The User Permissions page appears.
  3. Next to the user Seller’s Arena PPC click Manage Permissions.
  4. Under the Inventory section select “View" or if possible "View and Edit” for all permissions. 
  5. Under the Advertising section select “View and Edit” for Campaign Manager and A+ Content Manager.
  6. Under the Reports section select “View and Edit” for the following:

    a. Business Reports/Sales Summary
  7. Under the Reports section select “View” for the following:

    a. Amazon Selling Coach
    b    . Brand Analytics
    c. Brand Dashboard
    d    . Fulfillment Reports.
  8. Under the Settings selection select "View and Edit" for Manage Your Cases.
  9. Under the Performance section select "View" for KPI Toolbar.
  10. Click Continue at the bottom.
  11. After the page refreshes simply confirm your selections are highlighted in green, and exit page.
