In your Amazon Seller Central account:

  1. Hover over the Settings tab on the top right of seller central, click User Permissions.
  2. The User Permissions page appears.
  3. Next to the user Seller’s Arena PPC click Manage Permissions.
  4. Under the Inventory section  select “View" or if possible "View and Edit” for all permissions.   
  5.  Under the Reports section select “View” for the following:
    1.  Amazon Selling Coach
    2. Brand Dashboard
    3. Fulfillment
  6. Click Continue at the bottom.
  7. After the page refreshes simply confirm your selections are highlighted in green, and exit page.
