In your Amazon Seller Central account:

  1. Hover over the Settings tab on the top right of seller central, click User Permissions.
  2. On the User Permissions page click Manage Permissions next to the user you previously invited - Seller's Arena
  3. Next, under each section listed in bold below, set the permissions:

Advertising - set to 'view'

  • Campaign Manager
  • Customer Engagement

Growth - set to 'view'

  • Marketplace Product Guidance

Inventory

  • Inventory Performance - set to 'view'
  • Product Bundles - set to 'view and edit'

Performance - set to 'view'

  • KPI Toolbar
  • Voice of the Customer

Reports - set to 'view and edit'

  • Business Reports and Sales Summary

Reports - set to 'view' 

  • Amazon Insights
  • Amazon Selling Coach
  • Brand Analytics
  • Brand Catalog Manager
  • Brand Dashboard
  • Custom Reports
  • Customer Metrics
  • Fulfillment Reports
  • Growth Opportunities
  • Manage Your Experiments
  • Operations Report
  • Product Ads Performance Reports
  • Promotions Performance

4. Click  Continue at the bottom.

5. After the page refreshes simply confirm your selections are highlighted in green, and exit the page.

Some permissions are located in a different section - To grant access to  Search Query Performance Report, please follow the steps below:

a. On the Seller Central home page hover over the  Settings tab on the top right, click User Permissions.

b. Select  Manage Global Permissions next to our user name - Sellers Arena

c. Next, under Performance, select View on Brand Benefit Eligibility

d. Under Reports, select View on Brand Analytics
