Hi!  Please note that there are 2 parts on granting user access - User Permissions  and the Global Permissions section. Please make sure to go through both sections to provide sufficient access for your account audit. 

PART I: USER PERMISSIONS:

In your Amazon Seller Central account:

  1. Hover over the Settings tab on the top right of seller central, click User Permissions.
  2. On the User Permissions page click Manage Permissions next to the user you previously invited - Seller's Arena
  3. Next, under each section listed in bold below, set the permissions:

Advertising - set to 'view'

  • Campaign Manager

Reports - set to 'view and edit'

  • Business Reports and Sales Summary

Reports set to 'view' 

  • Brand Analytics
  • Brand Catalog Manager
  • Brand Dashboard
  • Growth Opportunities

4. Click  Continue at the bottom.

5. After the page refreshes simply confirm your selections are highlighted in green, and exit the page.

PART 2: GLOBAL PERMISSIONS:

a. On the Seller Central home page hover over the  Settings tab on the top right, click  User Permissions.

b. Select   Manage Global Permissions next to our user name - Sellers Arena

c. Next, under Performance, select  View on Brand Benefit Eligibility

d. Under Reports, select  View on Brand Analytics    

e. Scroll at the bottom and click Save Changes
